Hey there,
This is my third blog in which I am going to make it in english because I want all of my readers to understand what am I talking about. So in this blog I am going to reveal my secret on how I lose18kg just for 3 months. I you really want to stop asking yourself the same question: " How to lose weight? " then its time to make the next step!
I asked myself this question a lot just like you. I have searched everywhere for answers in the internet, in magazines, I've asked even personal trainers for methods to lose weight but with no kind of luck after all. I hope that when you read this blog and the information I have put in it to be useful and to achieve your goal.
There are 3 things that made my success:
1. Diet;
2. Training program;
3. Motivation;
If you do this 3 things I am sure that you will get what you always wanted.
1. Diet:
A lot of people listen to a lot of scams and do diets that eventually have no success. This is true because everyone in this world is hiding the real truth about losing weight and it is so simple. What is this magical method of losing weight? Well it is really that simple, but before that you have to be sure that you are ready for this and you are going to do whatever it takes for this. Stay calm I am not going to charge you any money for this. I am giving it all for free. So here is what you need to do before starting the program. For the diet you need to avoid some of the foods you really like. Here is an example:
1. Food like : Bread, Pizza, Hot dog, Pasta, Doritos, and all this kind of foods are strongly forbidden!!! You have to avoid them because the eating is the most important thing for the weight loss to be successful.
2. Drinks: You have to avoid Cola, alcohol too. Energy drinks are not good.
3. Sweet things like: Chocolate, candy, and all the sweets you have to avoid them in this period you are losing weight. If you don't do what I am telling you there will be no success for you I am sure about that.
I think you've got an idea what I want from you. I want you to know that if you can't give up bread you can eat cornbread or fullrise bread. You can't eat fried food. You have to eat at least 4 times a day. And I am not gonna' lie to you. There are going to be people by your side and they will be eating those foods that I recommended you not to but you have to be strong. You have to be consistent and keep moving forward.
2. Training program:
You don't really need to go to a gym or something to lose weight. It is not necessary. There is an easy plan. If you are a person who don't have any free time the easiest way is the "skipping rope". It sounds funny but it is really helpful. If you have free time for training you can combine it with running! My method was 20 min on the rope and then 50 min of running. It sounds a bit hard but it is not and if I did it then you can do it too!!! If you are a beginner you need to start from 15 min on the rope and in time you are going to feel more strength and make the minutes longer.
3. Motivation:
Yes the motivation is very important, too. How many times have you looked at someone who is good looking and have all this confidence in him and you wonder how he became like this. Well you have to think better to be better right? When you look at someone like I told you before instead of being desperate you need to say to yourself that you are going to be better than him and you are gonna' be stronger than him. You need a motivation and when you have it you have to be ready to FIGHT FOR WHAT YOU WANT !!!!
In the previous post I've put a motivational video I made myself. I really want you to see it and feel the power of it. I hope you'll like it. It is not very good made but I promise for the next one to be better!
And in conclusion I want to talk about the information I gave you. You might be suspicious about it because it is free and you might thing it doesn't work. Well I made it Free because I am tired of seeing fat people and people without any confidence. I made it because I want to help this kind of people and make them wish come true!!!
